These terms apply to ticket purchases made through this website for timed entry to Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg.

Tickets

Tickets are sold at the published admission prices for the selected date and entry window. Prices are charged in euro (EUR). A confirmation email with your tickets is sent after successful payment.

Entry

Please arrive within your booked time window. Discounted tickets require valid proof at the entrance. Children smaller than 1 meter enter free when accompanied by a parent or grandparent.

Payment

Payment is processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Changes & cancellations

If you need to change your visit date or time, contact support with your order reference as soon as possible. Availability of alternative slots is not guaranteed.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, transport disruptions, or crowded conditions outside our control. The exhibition experience may vary with construction progress and special events.
